I have created this programme specifically for those who participate in GAA. The programme is aimed to improve your Speed, Power, Strength and Fitness in preparation for the upcoming season.
You will receive:
- 3 weekly Gym Sessions
- 3 Energy Development Sessions
- Bi Weekly Check-ins
Programmes can completed at a Gym or at Home.

- Dumbells
